Kasparek Architects was established in1988 to provide architectural services in the residential and commercial markets. Since then Kasparek Architects has provided services for numerous private and government clients.

Kasparek Architects' charter is to provide the highest standard of personal and professional service. This is achieved by minimising the numbers of projects that the firm is working on at any given time.

The principal of the company, Fred Kasparek, provides project management support to all aspects of our projects. This includes the design work and coordination with clients, building authorities and sub-consultants. This ensures that projects run smoothly and with a minimum of fuss.

Kasparek Architects is supported by a highly skilled team of professionals with a wide range of experience. Their skills and experience cover the spectrum of architectural work including construction, interior design, building certification, commercial and community facilities, refurbishment work, master planning and all types of residential work.

One of the services that Kasparek Architects provides is construction documentation for other architects or builders with plans from other architects. Construction documentation is a specialised field, which some architects do not have either the resources or experience to carry out. This work is carried out by CAD3, the documentation arm of Kasparek Architects. CAD3 is run by Angelo Quattro, who has over 20 years experience in the construction industry.

We have the infrastructure and capacity to expand the skilled team to successfully deliver projects of any size.
