Prepared feasibility studies/presentation sketch designs for two commercial redevelopments and a high rise office building, Canberra City. Illustrated and compiled graphics for the Acton Peninsula /West Basin Study NCPA report. Prepared working drawings both manually and computer aided (CAD) with specifications for various commercial projects, office, bank and shop fit outs. Main projects:

CONTRACT DRAFTSMAN, PEDDLE THORP ARCHITECTS (Canberra). Prepared feasibility study drawings to determine functional and regulatory requirements for two prospective commercial high rise developments in the Canberra CBD.

CONTRACT DRAFTSMAN, STRINE DESIGN. Prepared working drawings for three amenity blocks. Designed and documented two Bird Hides with timber vandal proof furniture and a 22m long pedestrian bridge at Jerrabomberra Wetlands, ACT.

January 1990 to Junel 1990

FOREMAN CARPENTER, STRINE CONSTRUCTIONS, Constructed $330,000.00 water front two storey residence for Dr B and G Van Geldren at Vincentia, Jervis Bay NSW.

September 1989 to January 1990

VACATION, USA. Worked with a team of Builders constructing from floor level a small one bed room, timber framed movable cottage in ply wood cladding. Inspected numerous residential construction sites through out western and central USA.

SENIOR DRAFTSMAN, STRINE DESIGN. Supervised 1-4 staff, arranged client and consultant meetings, liaised with local authorities. Designed and documented two storey residence at Vincentia Jervis Bay, NSW. and the Moto-Co Centre, commercial building at Phillip, ACT.

FOREMAN, STRINE CONSTRUCTIONS. Phillip Moto-Co Centre, supervision of works from site excavation to erection of steel frame structure.

August 1987 to May 1988

DESIGNER/BUILDER, O'CONNOR UNITING CHURCH BUS PROJECT. Designed and refurbished a large English Double Decker bus. Work involved, remodeling interior to accommodated an integrated audio visual and static display area, conference area, kitchen and fold out stage to exterior.

JUNIOR DRAFTSMAN, STRINE DESIGN. Worked closely with Architects, and Landscape Architects having involvement through the various stages of documentation for numerous residential housing and landscape projects. Attended consultant and client meetings , office and time management seminars. Prepared site analysis and Landscape contract documentation for; Griffith and Lyons Aged Persons Units ACT. Kambah and North Lyneham Flats ACT. Prepared design and contract documentation for several residential additions and alterations. Supervised and constructed Strine Design office fitout, Bentham Street, Yarralumla ACT.
