Window Installation

The windows were manufactured by Monaro Windows in Queanbeyan NSW (02) 62991515
The sections used were a semi-commercial section from the ‘Vantage Range’.
Their service and quality was excellent so am very happy to promote them to anyone.
This is a view out of the living room and you can see the sliding door in the dine in kitchen on the left.

This is a view of the silicone jointed corner window in bedroom 2. The sliding door provides access onto the large deck to the north. All of the windows, hung external doors and sliding doors are natural anodised aluminium to give a slick commercial effect.

For windows that open it was decided to use casement style sashes instead of awning sashes as they can open almost 100% of its size.

External view of the living room corner window, note the minimal space between the top of the window and steel beam. This was achieved with detailed site measurements and templates that were given to Monaro Windows to construct the windows from.
