ORI is located on Lonsdale St in Braddon, ACT. This 6 storey building of 54 apartments with very large balconies has 2500sqm of commercial space and a 2 level basement.

Kasparek Architects was established in 1988 to provide architectural services in the residential and commercial markets. Our charter is to provide the highest standard of personal and professional service. This is achieved by minimising the numbers of projects that the firm works on at any given time.

Philosophy

Our philosophy has been rewarded with a steady flow of work with many of our projects receiving major awards from the HIA and MBA.
